摘要 为解决当前烟叶人工分级效率低下、缺乏客观性等问题,避免烟叶收购过程中分级人员的主观随意性对级别评定的影响,设计了一种新型烟叶智能分级系统,通过人工解把通道、振动通道、振动筛分装置和振动风选装置将烟叶从大到小、从厚到薄进行松散;风选腔单片化系统将松散后的烟叶单片化,风道分级系统对单片化后的烟叶进行图像识别、图像采集、图像处理并分级,最后烟叶按等级分仓并齐梗输出。该烟叶智能分级系统经过试验验证,分级设备产能≥400 kg/h,单片化率≥95%,造碎率≤3%,在提高产能的同时,分级品质得到更大提升,还提高了分级效率,降低了人工成本和物耗,可推广应用于烟叶分级相关行业。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and lack of objectivity in current tobacco manual grading,and avoid the influence of subjective arbitrariness of grading personnel on grading evaluation in the process of tobacco purchasing,a new type of intelligent tobacco grading system was designed,and the tobacco leaves were separated from large to small,from thick to thin by manual release channel,vibration channel,vibrating screening device and vibrating winnowing device.Air selection cavity monolithic system singulated the loosened tobacco leaves,and the air duct grading system recognized,collected and processed the images of the singulated tobacco leaves and graded.Finally,the tobacco leaves were sorted by grade and output.Intelligent tobacco grading system had been verified by experiments,and the capacity of the grading equipment was≥400 kg/h,the singulation rate was≥95%,the breakage rate was≤3%.In addition to improving the production capacity,the grading quality of tobacco leaves had been improved greatly,the classification efficiency had been improved,and the labor cost and material consumption had been reduced.The system can be popularized and applied to the related industries of tobacco leaves grading.
