摘要
为解决我国餐厨垃圾污染环境、资源化利用程度低的问题,本研究将餐厨垃圾与新鲜猪粪混合发酵,以测定其生产甲烷的最佳条件。结果表明,餐厨垃圾与新鲜猪粪混合厌氧发酵的最佳原料比例为1∶1.5,最佳搅拌频率为60 r/min,最佳发酵温度为38℃,最佳发酵时间为10 h,最适pH值为7。
In order to solve the problems of environmental pollution and low resource utilization of kitchen waste in China,this study conducted mixed fermentation of kitchen waste and fresh pig manure to determine the optimum conditions for methane production.The results showed that the optimum raw material ratio of kitchen waste to fresh pig manure in mixed anaerobic fermentation was 1∶1.5,the optimumstirring frequency was 60 r/min,the optimumfermentation temperature was 38℃,the optimum fermentation time was 10 h,and the optimum pH value was 7.
