半夏泻心汤加减结合消渴贴治疗2型糖尿病脾虚胃滞证的效果和安全性分析

Analysis of Effect and Safety of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Xiaoke Tie in Treating Type 2 Diabetes with Spleen Deficiency and Stagnation of Stomach

目的:研究半夏泻心汤加减结合消渴贴治疗2型糖尿病脾虚胃滞证的效果和安全性。方法:在本文研究中将2型糖尿病脾虚胃滞证患者作为研究对象,72例收治时间在2021年6月-2022年8月,根据随机抽签分组原则分为对照组36例、干预组36例,对照组选用西药进行治疗,干预组基于西药治疗上应用半夏泻心汤进行加减治疗同时配合使用消渴贴,对比两组的总有效率、不良反应发生率、中医症状评分比较。结果:干预组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组2型糖尿病脾虚胃滞证患者上腹疼痛(1.22±0.02)分、胃满烦闷(1.02±0.02)分、食欲不振(0.79±0.04)分、反酸反胃(0.75±0.02)分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减结合消渴贴治疗2型糖尿病脾虚胃滞证的效果十分显著,且安全性高。

Objective:To study the effect and safety of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Xiaoke Tie in the treatment of type 2 diabetes syndrome of spleen deficiency and stomach stagnation.Methods:In this study,72 patients with spleen deficiency and stomach stagnation syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the research objects.They were treated from June 2021 to July 2022 and divided into control group(n=36)and intervention group(n=36)according to the random drawing principle.The control group was treated with Western medicine.In the intervention group,Banxia Xiexin Decoction was applied for addition or reduction of Western medicine treatment,and thirst elimination paste was used at the same time.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and TCM symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in intervention group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in intervention group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In the intervention group,upper abdominal pain(1.22±0.02)points,full upset(1.02±0.02)points,anorexia(0.79±0.04)points,acid reflux(0.75±0.02)points were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Xiaoke tie has a very significant effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes syndrome of spleen deficiency and stomach stagnation with high safety.
