公益志愿服务对男护士自我价值及职业认同影响的质性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨男护士参与公益志愿服务对提高男护士自我价值感、职业认同感的影响,以期为男护士的职业道路发展提供新方法,为护理管理者更好地稳定男护士队伍,促进男护士团队的建设与男性护理事业发展提供参考。方法:回顾近年来我院男护士团队组织开展的社会公益志愿服务,采用半结构化访谈法,与我院12名男护士面对面交流,通过录音和笔记相结合的方法记录访谈内容,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料整合分析,析出并确定主题。结果:通过对访谈资料分析、归纳出四个主题,包括团队凝聚力、归属感涌现,自我荣誉感提升,自我价值感升华,职业认同感改变。公益志愿服务对男护士自我荣誉感、价值感、职业认同感及增强团队凝聚力具有积极的意义。结论:公益志愿服务促进了男护士的价值实现和职业认同,指导了男护士职业规划,实现了社会价值,他们在公益中体现了担当和责任。男护士对职业认可度不高,医院及护理管理者应加大对在职男护士自我发展需求的关注,针对性地采取措施,提高男护士的自我价值感和职业认同感。管理者要大力支持鼓励男性护理团队开展的活动,构建公益平台,从而使男性护理团队健康稳定地发展。 Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of male nurses’participation in public welfare volunteer services on improving their sense of self-worth and professional identity.At the same time,provide new methods for the career development of male nurses,and provide a more stable team of male nurses for nursing managers.And it can promote the construction of male nursing teams and provide reference for the development of male nursing careers.Methods:Review of the social welfare activities organized by the male nurse team of our hospital in recent years,Semi structured interview method was adopted to communicate with 12 male nurses in our hospital.Recording the content of the interview through a combination of recording and notes.Using Colaizzi 7-step analysis method for data collection and analysis.Results:Through the analysis of the interview data,four themes were summarized,including team cohesion,the emergence of a sense of belonging,the improvement of self-honor,the influence of self-worth,and the change of professional identity.Public welfare volunteer service has a positive significance for male nurses’sense of self-honor,value,professional identity and enhancing team cohesion.Conclusion:Public welfare volunteer service promotes the realization of the value and professional identity of male nurses,guides the career planning of male nurses,realizes social value,and embodies their responsibility and responsibility in public welfare.Hospitals and nursing managers should pay attention to the self-development needs of male nurses with low occupational recognition,and should take targeted measures to improve the self-worth and professional identity of male nurses.Managers should strongly support and encourage the activities carried out by the male nursing team and build a public welfare platform,so that the male nursing team can develop healthily and stably.
