基于PG-SGA的个体化营养干预对胃癌化疗患者康复的影响

Effects of PG-SGA Based Individualized Nutritional Intervention on the Recovery of Patients with Gastric Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨自评主观全面评定量表(PG-SGA)个体化营养干预在胃癌化疗患者中的应用价值。方法:采用随机数字表法将2020年1月至2021年6月南昌大学第二附属医院收治的胃癌化疗患者80例分为2组,各40例。观察组以PG-SGA个体化营养进行干预,对照组采用常规干预,均连续干预3个月。统计两组胃肠功能恢复指标,比较两组干预前、干预3个月时的营养状况、体力状况及生命质量。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、腹胀改善时间及排气时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);干预3个月时,两组PNI指数均较干预前降低,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预3个月时KPS、QLQ-C30评分均比干预前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:基于PG-SGA的个体化营养干预可有效促进胃癌化疗患者胃肠功能恢复,同时可有效改善患者的营养、体力状况,提高生命质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of individualized nutritional intervention with self-rated Subjective Overall Rating Scale(PG-SGA)in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:Eighty patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2020 to June 2021 were divided into 2 groups with 40 patients in each group by random number table method.The observation group was treated with pG-SGA individualized nutrition intervention,while the control group was treated with routine intervention for 3 consecutive months.The gastrointestinal function recovery indexes of the two groups were counted,and the nutritional status,physical status and quality of life of the two groups were compared before intervention and 3 months after intervention.Results:The recovery time of bowel sound,improvement time of abdominal distention and exhaust time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the PNI index in both groups was lower than that before intervention,but the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).KPS and QLQ-C30 scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention 3 months after intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nutrition intervention based on PG-SGA can effectively promote the gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy,and effectively improve the nutritional and physical status of patients,and improve the quality of life.
