摘要
中国式法治现代化是中国式现代化的实质性要求和标志性体现。法治现代化是中国式现代化的应有之义、内生力量和重要指标,是实现国家治理现代化的主要标准和重要助力,是中国式现代化的重要保障。以法治现代化建设保障中国式现代化,必须坚持以习近平法治思想引领法治现代化建设,加强党对法治现代化建设的领导,以立法支撑法治现代化建设,以法治政府建设带动法治现代化建设,以数字技术赋能法治现代化建设,提升依法治理水平助力法治现代化建设,突出普法重点夯实法治现代化建设基础,严格遵守党内法规保障法治现代化建设。
Rule of law modernization in China is an essential requirement and indicative reflection of Chinese modernization.It is the necessary meaning,internal driving force,important indicator,and a significant guarantee for realizing the modernization of national governance.To ensure China s modernization through the construction of rule of law modernization,it is necessary to adhere to Xi Jinping ideology of rule of law,strengthen the leadership of the Party in the construction of rule of law modernization,and support it with legislation,government construction,digital technology and the improvement of the rule of law.
