摘要
对1300 M W级核电汽轮发电机通风冷却系统进行介绍,采用等效网络节点法对整机通风系统的压力和流量分配进行计算,并采用等效热路法对发电机主要部件的温升进行计算。同时,通过厂内型式试验,对该发电机通风冷却系统的关键参数(发电机总风量、风扇压力和部件温升等)进行了测量。结果表明,试验值符合设计预期,与设计值的偏差均在合理范围内,该通风冷却系统可以保证发电机长期、可靠运行。
The ventilation and cooling system of the 1300 MW class nuclear power turbine generator is introduced,the pressure and flow distribution of the ventilation system is calculated by using the equivalent network node method and the temperature rise of the main generator components is calculated by using the equivalent thermal circuit method.Meanwhile,the key parameters of the generator ventilation and cooling system(total air flow in the generator,fan pressure and component temperature rise etc.)are measured through the in-plant type tests.The results show that the test values are in line with the design expectations and the deviations from the design values are within a reasonable range.The ventilation and cooling system is able to ensure the long-term and reliable operation of the generator.
