适用于分布式调相机的免行车转子拆装工具设计

摘要 行车对厂房设计要求较高,出于经济性考虑,在确保安全的前提下,免行车的转子拆装工具可降低电厂对行车的需求,从而更经济地完成分布式调相机转子拆装工作。文章通过分析转子拆装过程,确定免行车转子拆装工具的功能需求,并进行相应设计,最终通过受力分析和实物验证,证明免行车转子拆装工具的安全可靠性。 The traveling crane has high requirements for plant building design,the removal and assembly tool without the traveling crane is able to reduce the need of traveling crane in a power plant,in view of economic consideration and premise of ensuring safety,making the rotor removal and assembly process more economical.The article analyses the rotor removal and assembly process,determines the functional requirements of the removal and assembly tool without traveling crane and designs it accordingly.Finally,the force analysis and physical verification prove the safety and reliability of the removal and assembly tool without traveling crane.
