330 MW发电机转子短路故障分析及升级改造

摘要 随着火力发电机组越来越多地参与到电网深度调峰运行,造成原本并不适合负荷大幅度频繁变化运行的发电机短路故障频发。通过对某电厂330 MW发电机转子包间、匝间短路故障进行分析判断,指出深度调峰运行对于发电机转子的影响。对发电机转子不同结构进行剖析,结合实际提出转子短期修理和长期升级改造方案,确保机组稳定运行。 As thermal power generator units are increasingly involved in deep peaking operation on the grid,this results in the frequent occurrence of short-circuit faults in the generators that are not originally suitable for operation with large and frequent load changes.Through the analysis and judgment on the short-circuit faults occurred in the 330 MW generator rotor inter-package and inter-turn in the certain power plant,the impact on generator rotors coming from the deep peaking operation is pointed out.The different structures of the generator rotor are analyzed,a program for short-term repair and long-term upgrading of the rotor is put forward combined with the practice,to ensure stable operation of the unit.
