摘要
对发生断裂的发电机转子铝叶片进行理化检测和宏观、微观形貌观察等失效分析,结果表明,该转子铝叶片材质符合要求;其根部存在裂纹源,并在运行过程中,发生疲劳脆性断裂;顶部有敲击痕迹,导致裂纹源处产生原始裂纹。为避免发电机转子铝叶片发生断裂,建议严格按照要求安装并运输叶片,避免磕碰、重力敲击等可能导致叶片产生原始裂纹的情况。
Failure analysis such as physical&chemical testing,macroscopicµscopic morphological observation on the fractured aluminum blades of the generator rotor are conducted,the results show that quality of the rotor aluminum blade material meets the requirements but there is a crack source at its root,which will result in fatigue brittle fracture during operation;furthermore,there is a knocking trace at the top of the blade,which will lead to the original crack occur at the place where the crack source forms.In order to avoid the fracture of the generator rotor aluminum blades,it is recommended to install and transport the blade strictly in accordance with the requirements and avoid bumping,gravity knocking and other conditions that may cause original cracks in the blade.
