摘要
文章剖析了片间夹铝的四种成因,通过对低压铸造模具进行优化设计,增强了铁心定位,抑制了长槽型铸铝转子冲片的变形,改善了冲片的受力情况,从而有效抑制了片间夹铝,消除了其对转子损耗的影响。
Four causes of inter-piece aluminum trapping are analyzed.By optimizing the design of the low-pressure casting mould,the core positioning is enhanced,the deformation of the long-slotted cast aluminum rotor punch is suppressed and the force on the punch is improved,thus,to effectively restrain the inter-piece aluminum trapping and eliminate its effect on rotor losses.
