摘要 为了实时获取燃油喷射信息,提出了一种基于线性二次型调节器(LQR)控制的循环喷油量闭环观测方法.根据燃油流动过程机理,建立了瞬时共轨压力与喷油率的动态数学模型,设计了基于状态空间模型的喷油规律闭环观测器,采用LQR方法设计了反馈增益,并分析了目标函数中的加权矩阵对观测器跟踪性能的影响规律.最后,利用仿真及试验对闭环观测性能进行了验证,结果表明:喷油量观测值与实际值误差小于5%,该闭环观测器可以实现喷油量的准确观测,对于高效、精确灵活的燃油喷射控制具有重要的应用价值. In order to obtain real-time fuel injection information,a closed-loop observer of cycle injection quantity based on the linear quadratic regulator(LQR)control was proposed.According to the mechanism of fuel flow process,a dynamic mathematical model of instantaneous common rail pressure and injection rate was put forward.Then a closed-loop observer of injection law based on the state space model was designed.The feedback gain was designed by the LQR method,and the effect of the weighted matrix on the observer tracking performance was explored.Finally,the closed-loop observation performance was verified by simulation and experiment.The results show that the deviations between the observed results and the actual data are less than 5%.The closed-loop observer can accurately observe the fuel injection process,which is conductive to efficient,accurate and flexible fuel injection control.
