高职院校劳动教育与创新创业教育协同育人路径研究

Research on the Collaborative Education Path of Labor Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

劳动教育和创新创业教育之间存在关联性,具体表现在育人同向、精神内涵、劳动意义等方面。创新创业教育能够保障劳动教育发展,而劳动教育可以为双创教育的发展发挥反哺作用。在二者协同育人中,需要坚持学生为本、积极参与、三位一体的原则。鉴于此,本文主要分析协同育人的关联性、原则,最后提出具体的方向,并引导高职院校从提升观念认知、拓展载体平台、打造融合机制等角度出发,落实共同培育人才的工作。

There is a correlation between labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is embodied in the same direction of educating people,spiritual connotation,and labor meaning.Innovation and entrepreneurship education can guarantee the development of labor education,and labor education can play a feedback role in the development of entrepreneurship and innovation education.In the collaborative education of the two,it is necessary to adhere to the principles of student-oriented,active participation and trinity.In view of this,this paper mainly analyzes the relevance and principles of collaborative education,and finally puts forward specific directions,and guides higher vocational colleges to implement the work of jointly cultivating talents from the perspectives of improving concept cognition,expanding carrier platforms,and creating integration mechanisms.
