In the context of the stable development of the domestic market economy,the level of mental health has become the key standard for social evaluation and measurement of talents.The level of mental health is not only related to the study,growth and life of college students,but also to the overall quality of national talent training,which has a significant impact on the effect of Chinese path to modernization.In this regard,schools and mental health teachers should integrate the fundamental requirements of the mental health education model,explore effective strategies to optimize and innovate the mental health model,and lay a solid foundation for college students to realize the physical and mental health development by clarifying the value guidance at the ideological level,building a comprehensive integrated education method,optimizing the content supply of mental health education,and building a home-school cooperation education system.
