深化产教融合下土木工程1+X书证的复合型人才培养模式研究

Study on Training Mode of Compound Talents of Civil Engineering 1+X Documentary Evidence under the Deep Integration of Industry and Education

通过分析高校产教融合下土木工程1+X书证制度的意义,提出了“1+X”证书制度下提升土木工程专业人才素质的培养措施,并依据土木工程专业复合型人才培养目标、实践课程体系构建给出进行相应改革策略,为高等教育改革与1+X书证制度的结合提供了理论依据。本文立足国内外人才培养现状,阐述校企合作中企业优势资源利用方面存在的问题,探索了校企合作深度融合的土木工程专业的复合型人才培养的途径,对我国土木工程专业复合型人才培养具有推动作用。

By analyzing the significance of civil engineering 1+X certificate system under the integration of production and teaching in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some measures for improving the quality of civil engineering professionals under the“1+X”certificate system,according to the training goal of the compound talents and the construction of the practical curriculum system,the corresponding reform strategy is given,which provides the theoretical basis for the combination of the higher education reform and the 1+X certificate system.Based on the current situation of personnel training both at home and abroad,this paper expounds the problems existing in the utilization of enterprises’superior resources in the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and probes into the ways of training compound talents of civil engineering major with the deep integration of the cooperation between schools and enterprises,it can promote the cultivation of compound talents of civil engineering specialty in our country.
