高校劳动教育常态化是价值塑造、能力培养和素质提升的教育。社会劳动价值取向多元化、家庭劳动教育淡化、学校劳动教育课程实施零散化,对高校劳动教育常态化有一定影响。“因事而化”加强劳动思想教育,使得学生心里有标杆;“因势而新”加强劳动能力培养,使得学生有获得感;“因时而进”加强劳动实践锻炼,激励学生学以致用,成长为社会主义现代化建设服务的新型高素质人才。
