摘要
高校的资助工作一直以来都着重关注学生的经济资助问题,随着高校家庭经济困难学生需求的变化和国家资助政策不断贯彻落实,经济困难学生的成长诉求不仅仅是物质上的满足,还是精神上的富裕。因此,在对学生群体充分调研的基础上,高校资助工作者也应该顺应家庭经济困难学生发展的需求调整工作方法,满足学生的新心理需求,探索学生的新发展路径,开发学生积极心理资本。本研究以心理资本干预模型为基础,针对家庭经济困难学生面临的心理资本困境,从高校资助工作者的角度出发,提出高校资助工作的心理资本干预模型,旨在将心理健康教育融入日常的资助工作之中,形成长效机制,提高学生的自我效能、乐观、韧性和希望四个维度的心理资本积累。
The funding work in colleges and universities has been focusing on the financial problem of impoverish students.However,as the benefit of enhancing financial aid policy and the changing demanding of growing,the demanding of impoverish students in university is not only the sufficiency of material,but also the abundance of spirit.In this case,on the basis of plentiful research of students,staffs who are working for funding work in university should conform the changing requirement of students and exploring the new developmental path to dig out the positive psychological capital.With the basic of psychological capital intervention,the research will mainly aim at the psychological dilemma of impoverish students and focus on the improving four dimensions of psychological capital,including self-efficacy,creativity,optimism,wellbeing,on the purpose of building a long-term mechanism to integrate psychological education into the funding work system.
