摘要 高职院校的重要教学活动形式是课堂教学,实际的教学质量会在一定程度上将高职院校的教育质量反映出来,并且还会对教育质量产生较大决定作用。新教学环境下,将课堂教学质量评价工作做好,不仅可以提升教学质量,也可以带动教师优化教学。对此,本文首先分析高职课堂教学质量评价现状,结合当前质量评价存在的问题:未能分清诊改和评价概念、缺乏相应的教学诊断标准等,最后提出结合育人目标设定评价维度、按照教学评价标准建设指标等策略,以此更好实现对相关体系的构建。 The important form of teaching activities in higher vocational colleges is classroom teaching.The actual teaching quality will reflect the education quality of higher vocational colleges to a certain extent,and will also have a greater decisive effect on the education quality.Under the new teaching environment,the evaluation of classroom teaching quality can not only improve the teaching quality,but also drive teachers to optimize teaching.In this regard,this paper first analyzes the current situation of classroom teaching quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges,and combines the problems existing in the current quality evaluation:the failure to distinguish between diagnosis and evaluation concepts,the lack of corresponding teaching diagnosis standards,etc.Finally,it puts forward strategies such as setting evaluation dimensions in combination with education goals,and building indicators in accordance with teaching evaluation standards,so as to better realize the construction of relevant systems.
