本文聚焦于落实“立德树人”根本任务,深入研究以改革学管工作作为主要突破口,构建起适应培养新时代人民警察事业的优秀建设者和可靠接班人要求的公安院校忠诚育人新模式。在改革学管工作方面,主要讨论了改革学管工作与公安院校忠诚育人新模式构建的关系、当前公安院校学管工作面临的问题和短板,以及构建学管工作新局面的具体举措和方法,为进一步改革和完善公安院校学管工作,探索和构建公安院校忠诚育人新模式提供了有益借鉴和参考。

This paper focuses on the implementation of the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating people”,and makes an in-depth study on the new model of loyalty education in public security colleges that takes the reform of school management as the main breakthrough to build a new model to meet the requirements of cultivating excellent builders and reliable successors of the people\s police cause in the new era.In the aspect of reforming the study management work,it mainly discusses the relationship between the reform of the study management work and the construction of the new model of loyalty education in public security colleges,the problems and shortcomings faced by the current study management work in public security colleges,as well as the specific measures and methods to construct the new situation of the study management work,which provides a useful reference for further reforming and improving the study management work in public security colleges,and exploring and constructing the new model of loyalty education in public security colleges.
