Exploration and Research on the Construction of Teachers’Team in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of“Double High”Construction

在“双高”的建设背景下,需进一步抓好教师队伍的建设工作。本文分析了“双高”建设背景下高职院校抓好教师队伍建设的必要性,并从健全资格准入制度、优化管理制度体系、推行校企合作培养模式、健全教师培训体系、深化科研体制的改革、促进教师的自主发展几个方面探索具体的建设对策。

Under the background of the construction of“double high”,it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of teachers’team.This paper analyzes the necessity of doing a good job in the construction of teachers’team in higher vocational colleges under the background of“double high”construction,and explores specific construction countermeasures from the aspects of perfecting the qualification access system,optimizing the management system,implementing the school enterprise cooperation training mode,perfecting the teacher training system,deepening the reform of the scientific research system,and promoting the independent development of teachers.
