摘要
现阶段,高校辅导员专业能力与职业素养发展和需求的矛盾愈发突出,就全国范围内而言,高校辅导员专业能力与职业素养总体发展失衡,且在日常工作当中发挥自身思想引领职能存在缺位问题。对此,高校应不断加强辅导员的思政教育能力,积极健全辅导员评价与激励机制。同时,辅导员自身应聚焦教育主体强化思想引领效能,并科学定位自身角色生成大思政教育合力,以此促进辅导员专业能力与职业素养有效提升。
At this stage,the contradiction between the professional ability and professional quality development and demand of college counselors is increasingly prominent,and the overall development of college counselors’professional ability and quality is unbalanced.Therefore,colleges and universities should constantly strengthen the ideological and political education ability of counselors,and actively improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism of counselors.At the same time,counselors themselves should focus on the main body of education to strengthen the efficiency of ideological guidance,and scientifically position their own roles to generate the resultant force of ideological and political education,so as to promote the effective improvement of counselors’professional ability and professional quality.
