The red gene is a precious spiritual resource for Chinese Communists.It should play an important guiding role in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Based on the necessity of the deep integration of red gene and ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems faced by the deep integration of red gene and ideological and political education in universities,and puts forward suggestions for solving some problems.By exploring the important role played by red gene in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it is expected to provide some educational references for the deep integration of red gene and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the subsequent stage.
