数字时代视域下会计专业人才培养创新研究

Innovation Research on the Cultivation of Accounting Professionals from the Perspective of the Digital Age

社会经济的进一步发展,使愈来愈多先进的科学设备及技术涌现出来,也进入数字经济时代。在该视域之下,令各行业领域在运行和管理方面均出现较大变化,会计行业也是如此,具体变革主要呈现在工作流程还有人才需求方面。要想尽快与社会发展趋势相适应,高校需要推动会计专业人才培养与时俱进。本文以实践经验为出发点,根据会计专业人才培养现状以及在数字时代视域下的人才培养能力要求,提出人才培养的具体方向和策略。

With the further development of social economy,more and more advanced scientific equipment and technologies have emerged,and it has also entered the era of digital economy.Under this perspective,there have been major changes in the operation and management of various industries,and the accounting industry is also the same.The specific changes are mainly in the work process and the demand for talents.In order to adapt to the social development trend as soon as possible,colleges and universities need to promote the cultivation of accounting professionals to keep pace with the times.Based on practical experience,this paper puts forward the specific direction and strategy of talent cultivation according to the current situation of talent cultivation in accounting majors and the requirements of talent cultivation ability in the perspective of the digital age.
