摘要
某船厂在使用挥发性有机物(VOCs)治理装备时,由于产能升级,原有的3套“沸石转轮+一氧化碳(CO)”工艺的VOCs治理设备,处理能力无法满足新的生产要求。针对现场情况,发明3套治理装备混风联动的方案,利用这3套设备错开高峰运行。在高质量浓度阶段,2~3台设备可以通过空气混合联动运行;在低质量浓度和凝固阶段,可以启动1套设备进行空气混合在线操。通过此方案的改造,原有设备不仅可以满足新的生产要求,还可有效节约能源消耗,为业内相关设备的优化提供参考。
When using volatile organic compounds(VOCs)treatment equipment in a shipyard,due to capacity upgrades,the original three sets of VOCs treatment equipment for the"zeolite runner+CO"process can not meet the new production requirements in terms of processing capacity.In response to the on-site situation,three sets of governance equipment for mixed air linkage are invented,using these three sets of equipment to stagger peak operation.At high mass concentrations,2 or 3 devices can operate in tandem through air mixing.During the low mass concentration and solidification stage,a set of equipment can be started for online air mixing operation.Through the renovation of this plan,the original equipment can not only meet new production requirements,but also effectively save energy consumption,providing reference for the optimization of relevant equipment in the industry.
