摘要
介绍一种可在轴系运转时对Ω弹簧型水润滑艉轴密封装置进行轴向位移加载的新型试验台,包括试验台的组成与工作原理、机械系统、液压与电控系统。特殊的轴向位移加载装置与传动轴系的设计实现了试验台在轴系运行状态下可进行轴向位移加载的功能,为该领域的相关设计提供参考。
A new model of test bed is proposed which enables axial displacement loading ofΩ-spring type water-lubricated stern seals in operation,including the structure and operating mechanism of the test bed,the machinery system,and the hydraulic and electric control system.The specific design of axial displacement loading device and transmission shaft system allows the test bed to be loaded with axial displacement in the axial system operating condition,which provide reference for relevant designs in this field.
