船用污水处理装置培菌过程智能控制系统

摘要 针对船用生活污水处理装置采用活性污泥法的特点,通过BioWin仿真软件进行建模计算,总结出影响活性污泥菌胶团形成的外部因素,识别出培菌过程的关键参数,并确定其适宜的边界范围。通过建立逻辑控制流程,污水处理装置可以将关键参数控制在合适范围内。由此构建智能控制系统,实现自动培菌的目标,为污水智能控制系统的研究提供参考。 In view of the characteristics of activated sludge process used in marine domestic sewage treatment plant,the external factors that affect the formation of activated sludge microbiota are summarized through BioWin simulation software modeling and calculation method,the key parameters of the bacteria culture process are identified,and the appropriate boundary range is determined.By establishing the logical control flow,the sewage treatment device could control the key parameters within the appropriate range.The intelligent control system is built to achieve the goal of automatic bacteria culture,which provide reference for the intelligent control system of sewage treatment.
