摘要
齿轮齿条传动可以实现较高精度、较长行程的直线运动。针对齿轮、齿条以及相关结构的加工和装配精度对运动精度的影响进行分析。以某典型齿轮齿条传动方案为例,给出可实现运动精度指标的选型和计算过程,为同类直线传动系统的设计提供参考。
Higher precision and longer stroke linear motion can be realized by gear and rack drive system.The influence of the machining and assembly accuracy of gears,racks and related structures on the motion accuracy is analyzed.Taking a typical gear and rack transmission scheme as an example,the selection and calculation process of the motion accuracy index are given,which provide a reference for the design of similar linear transmission systems.
