摘要
深化校企合作的核心问题是能够有效应对可能出现的各类风险,通过构建风险防范机制成为破解职业院校校企合作困境的一个重要命题。运用“结构-过程”分析框架,结合调查发现,校企合作风险由结构性风险和过程性风险组成,每一个结构性风险都会带来对应具有显著性差异的过程性风险,需要建立健全校企合作风险的平衡机制、调解机制和应对机制,构建多主体参与的结构性支撑体系、义务性联结的全流程履约体系以及一体化的“结构-过程”风险防范体系。
The core issue of deepening the school-enterprise cooperation is responding to various kinds of potential risks effectively.Currently,establishing the risk prevention mechanism becomes an important proposition for vocational colleges to resolve difficulties in school-enterprise cooperation process.With further findings,school-enterprise cooperation risks consist of structural risks and process risks,and each structural risk would bring corresponding process risks with significant differences via the usage of“structure-process”analysis framework.As a result,it is necessary to establish and improve balance mechanisms,mediation mechanisms and coping mechanisms in the school-enterprise cooperation risk procedure,as well as building a structural support system with multiple subjects participated,an obligation-linked full-process compliance system and an integrated“structure-process”risk prevention system.
