“汤液经法图”系列研究之六:《辅行诀》辨心脏病证文并方的组方分析

The “Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map” Research(6):The Composition Principle Analysis of Heart Disease Syndrome Differentiation System in Fu Xingjue

《辅行诀五脏用药法药》中记载的五脏病证下大小补泻诸方,具有非常严谨的组方规则,而其中辨心脏病下所列的8首方则不完全符合其中组方规律。另书中留存的“汤液经法图”为汉以前已失传《汤液经法》的关键组方原理图,其独特之处在于将中医五行理论、五脏虚实辨证体系与中药五味补泻化合配伍规则完美的融合到一起。本文主要运用“汤液经法图”解构《辅行诀》中辨心脏病文下诸方法式,从五味补泻配伍和病因病机角度分析心病的证治原理,通过研究心病治疗五味化合组方的原义和深义,发现大小补心汤虽形式与一般大小补泻汤存在差异,但其原理仍符合五味化合理论,可能为后人对“汤液经法图”的发挥与应用,属一脉相承。并运用该理论解析心病经典方两首,为该理论进一步学习和应用经典方剂提供了重要的思路。

The formula in Fu Xingjue have very strict rules and structures,besides the eight prescriptions of heart disease.Moerover,Fu Xingjue is accompanied by a key schematic diagram of Tang Ye Jing Fa which was a lost book before Han dynasty,that is,the "Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map".The unique of the Map is that it makes a perfect combination of the theory of the five elements of traditional Chinese medicine,the Syndrome Differentiation System of Five Zang and composition principle of Wu Wei Theory.This article analyzes the different prescriptions in the "Fu Xing Jue" based on the "Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map",and explains the principles of syndrome and treatment of heart disease from the perspective of etiology and pathogenesis.Further in-depth understanding of the original and profound meanings of the five-flavor compound prescriptions for the treatment of heart disease.It is found that although the form of Daxiaobuxintang is different from the general Daxiabuxietang,its principle is still in line with the theory of five flavors.It may be the development and application of the "Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map" by later generations,which belongs to the same line.And use this theory to analyze the two classic prescriptions for heart disease,which provides an important idea for the further study and application of the theory.
