JCR近10年补充与替代医学领域Q1区期刊的研究发展态势

Research and Development Trend of Q1 Area Journals in the Complementary and Alternative Medicine of JCR in Recent 10 Years

目的探讨Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库中补充替代医学(简称CAM)Q1区期刊收录文献的特点,研究发展趋势找寻研究热点以供科研人员参考并通过情报分析对我国本领域英文期刊给予一些建议。方法检索Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库中补充替代医学(CAM)领域Q1区7本期刊2011-2021年间所有“ARTICLE”文献,利用CiteSpace可视化软件进行作者、机构、国家/地区,关键词等内容的可视化分析,共收录16494篇文献,经CiteSpace系统裁剪共录入15970篇文献进行分析。结果补充替代医学(CAM)领域研究热度持续,总体呈上升态势;国家/地区及机构中发文高频国家集中在亚洲,合作网络主要为国内合作,缺少国际合作;非高频国家间合作较密切,合作关系相对紧密。高产作者多,形成自己的团队,且团队内部合作密切,合作次数多,但团队与团队之间合作相对较少。本领域现在的研究重点在药用植物及其提取物对疾病的干预,以慢性疾病、癌病为主;针刺、按摩在抗炎镇痛方面的相关研究;热点主要集中在中药提取物、中药、中药方剂对细胞炎症因子相关研究,对胰岛素抵抗的干预情况以及结合网络药理学对中草药作用研究及中成药新药开发;中医药的临床功效评价及中医病机的相关的研究等多个方面。结论目前补充替代医学(CAM)领域重视与计算机技术、实验室研究、精准医学等学科的交叉发展,CAM领域相关研究总体正处在一个上升态势,未来有良好的发展前景。提升我国补充替代医学(CAM)领域英文期刊质量,让高质量文献回流,是我国该领域期刊目前重要的发展方向。

Objective To explore the characteristics of journals in Q1 area of Complementary and Alternative Medicine in Web of ScienceTM core collection database,to study the development trends to find research hotspots for the reference of researchers and to give some suggestions for English journals in this field in China through intelligence analysis.Methods All the "ARTICLE" articles published in 7 journals in Q1 area from 2011 to 2021 in the core collection database of Web of ScienceTM were searched,and the authors,institutions,countries and key words were visually analyzed by CiteSpace visualization software.A total of 16 494 articles were collected,and 15 970 articles were analyzed by CiteSpace system.Results The research fever in the field of Complementary and Alternative Medicine continued and showed an overall upward trend;countries/regions and institutions with high-frequency countries concentrated in Asia,and the cooperation network was mainly domestic cooperation,lack of international cooperation;the cooperation between non-high-frequency countries is close,and the cooperation relationship is relatively close.There are many high-yield authors and form their own team,and the cooperation within the team is close and the number of cooperation is more,but the cooperation between the team and the team is relatively less.The current research in this field focuses on the intervention of medicinal plants and their extracts on diseases,mainly chronic diseases and cancer,and the related studies of acupuncture and massage in anti-inflammation and analgesia;the hot spots are mainly focused on the related studies of traditional Chinese medicine extracts and the study of the effect of network pharmacology on Chinese herbal medicine and the development of new proprietary Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on cellular inflammatory factors,the intervention of insulin resistance,the clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine and so on.Conclusion At present,the field of CAM attaches importance to the cross-development of computer technology,laboratory research,precision medicine and other disciplines,while the related research in the field of CAM is generally in a rising trend and has a good development prospect in the future.Improving the quality of CAM journals in China and making high-quality literature return is an important development direction of CAM journals in China.
