基于CiteSpace可视化分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的研究热点与趋势

Visualization Analysis of Hot Topics and Trends About Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome Based on CiteSpace

目的 可视化分析国内阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的研究热点与趋势。方法 计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)和维普网(VIP)收录的自2011年至2021已发表的相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对所纳文献的发文量、作者、机构、关键词进行分析。结果共纳入合格文献4432篇。2013年发文量最高,王红阳、戈艳蕾、叶京英是该领域的高产作者,呼吸科是该领域的主要研究力量,研究地域集中在北京、河北和上海;关键词形成14个聚类标签,归纳为危险因素、相关疾病、治疗手段、临床观察4个集群;突现至2021年的关键词15个,以睡眠质量、认知功能、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征、影响因素、Meta分析突现强度最大。结论 国内对该领域的关注度有待进一步提升,尤其是中医诊疗OSAHS的研究相对匮乏;近十年国内研究热点主要集中在危险因素、相关疾病、治疗手段、临床观察领域;研究趋势倾向于心理健康、生活质量、疾病预防、循证医学证据方面;未来发展多学科联合诊疗模式,充分发挥中西医结合诊疗优势,并着重提高基层医疗单位诊治水平。

Objective to analyze the research hotspots and trends in domestic obstructive sleep apnea low ventilation syndrome.Methods Computers Search for Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data and VIP Net(VIP) included in 2011 to 2021 published literature,applying Cite Space software to the issuance of Author,institution,keyword analysis.Results were included in the qualified document 4432.In 2013,Wang Hongyang,Gori Lei,Ye Jingying is a high-yield authors in the field.The respiratory is a major research force in the field.The region is concentrated in Beijing,Hebei and Shanghai;keywords form 14 cluster labels,induction to risk factors,related diseases,treatment methods,clinical observation of 4 clusters;15 in 2021 keywords,with sleep quality,cognitive function,obstructive sleep apnea,low ventilation syndrome,influencing factors,Meta analysis The intensity is the largest.Conclusion The relationship between the field needs further improvement,especially the study of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS;nearly ten years of domestic research hotspots are mainly concentrated in risk factors,related diseases,treatment methods,clinical observation,research trend tend to psychology health,quality of life,disease prevention,evidence-based medical evidence;future development of multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment model,give full play to the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and weigh the level of diagnosis and treatment of grassroots medical units.
