摘要
[目的]研究茶园土壤与茶叶中9种元素的相关性,为茶叶规范化种植选地提供科学依据。[方法]采用密闭高压消解茶叶样品(土壤样品用盐酸+硝酸+高氯酸+氢氟酸消解),利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定绿茶及其生长土壤中9种元素(Pb、Cd、As、Cr、V、Zn、Cu、Se和Tl)的含量,并对其中9种元素含量进行比较分析。[结果]采用标准物质绿茶(GBW10052)和土壤(GBW07407)考察方法的准确性,测定值均在标示值范围内。9种元素线性关系良好(r≥0.9995),检出限在0.002~0.23 mg/kg。茶叶中各重金属元素含量均未超标;土壤中除Zn和Cd元素超标外,其他元素均未超标。[结论]该方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度高,污染风险小,适用于茶叶和土壤中痕量元素的快速分析。
[Objective]To study the correlation between tea garden soil and 9 kinds of elements in tea,and provide scientific basis for the standardized planting and site selection of tea.[Method]Tea samples were digested under sealed high pressure(soil was digested with HCl-HNO 3-HClO 4-HF),and the contents of 9 elements(Pb,Cd,As,Cr,V,Zn,Cu,Se and Tl)in green tea and soil were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the determination results were compared and analyzed.[Result]The accuracy of the method was verified by green tea(GBW10052)and soil(GBW07407),the values of each element were consistent with the labeled values.The linear relationship between the nine elements was good(r≥0.9995),and the detection limit was 0.002-0.23 mg/kg.The content of heavy metal elements in tea did not exceed the standard;Except for Zn and Cd,other elements in the soil did not exceed the standard.[Conclusion]This method is easy to operate,and have high sensitivity and less interference,which is suitable for rapid analysis of trace elements in tea and soil.
