全日制兽医专业学位研究生培养体系存在的问题与对策

Existing Problems in the Full-time Graduate Training System of Veterinary Professional Degree and Their Countermeasures

兽医专业学位研究生教育是构建中国特色现代化兽医体系、适应重大社会需求的重要保障。结合我国兽医专业学位研究生教育的现状,从培养目标、师资队伍、培养过程以及人才培养质量等方面剖析了兽医专业学位研究生培养存在的主要问题。结合当前我国兽医专业学位教育体系改革的现状,从培养目标定位、优化培养过程、推进国际化等方面提出了一些对策,以期为推动我国兽医专业学位高质量、高水平、内涵式发展提供参考。

Postgraduate education of veterinary professional degree is an important guarantee for building a modern veterinary system with Chinese characteristics and meeting the major social needs.Based on the current situation of postgraduate education of veterinary professional degree in China,this paper analyzed the main problems existing in the postgraduate cultivation of veterinary professional degree from the aspects of training objectives,teachers staff,training process and training talent quality.Combined with the present reform situation of veterinary professional degree education system in China,some countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of the orientation of training objectives,optimization of training process,and the promotion of internationalization,so as to provide references for promoting the high-quality,high-level and connotative development of veterinary professional degree in China.
