制革含铬污泥处置及资源化技术进展 被引量:2

摘要 重金属固废在不当储存、运输、处置环节中扩散到自然环境中,重金属会随着生态循环不断富集,对人体和环境造成不可逆的破坏。制革含铬污泥属于重金属危险固体废弃物,对处置的要求极高,分析了目前对制革含铬污泥填埋和焚烧的主要处置方式,重点介绍制革污泥的资源化利用技术,主要是对重金属提取,制备建筑材料、沼气、有机肥、饲料及饲料助剂。并对制革含铬污泥处置和资源化利用进行了总结与展望。 Heavy metal solid waste diffuses into the natural environment during improper storage,transportation and disposal.Heavy metals will continue to enrich with the ecological cycle,causing irreversible damage to the human body and the environment.Tannery chromium-containing sludge was a heavy metal hazardous solid waste,and has extremely high requirements for disposal.The current main disposal methods of tannery chromium-containing sludge landfill and incineration were analyzed,and the resource utilization technology of tannery sludge was mainly introduced,mainly for heavy metal extraction,preparation of building materials,biogas,organic fertilizer,feed and feed additives.The disposal and resource utilization of chromium-containing sludge from tanning were summarized and prospected.
