The novel coronavirus infection has a great impact on the leather industry.Under the superposition effect of the world economic turmoil,especially the leather production enterprises focusing on foreign trade,there are many difficulties.This paper focused on the impact of the novel coronavirus infection on Chinese leather industry chain,analyzed the current situation of the leather industry.The problems faced by the leather industry were described,as well as the situation of the global industry chain.The future situation and changes in the leather industry were prospected,which was conducive to the leather enterprises to understand the situation,formulate corresponding countermeasures,promote the transformation and upgrading of the leather industry,and deal with the complex situation in the future.
