摘要
分析了目前中小型皮革制造企业人才管理问题,包括家族管理,基本人事制度不健全;轻视人才培养,缺乏后备人才储蓄;激励手段单一,绩效考核体系不完善等。据此,结合新时代背景下中小型皮革制造企业发展特点,针对现行管理制度下存在的问题,提出了相应的人才管理策略,通过完善人才管理制度、制订人才培训方案、健全绩效考核系统等方法,为中小型皮革制造企业的人才管理指明方向,以支撑企业的后续发展创新。
The problems of talent management in small and medium-sized leather manufacturing enterprises were analyzed,including family management and imperfect basic personnel system;despise talent training,lack of reserve talent savings;single incentive means,performance appraisal system is not perfect.On this basis,combining with the new era under the background of small and medium-sized leather manufacturing enterprise development characteristic,in view of the problems existing in the current management system,the corresponding strategies of talent management were put forward.By improving the talent management system,formulating talent training programs,improving the performance appraisal system and other methods,it pointed out the direction for talent management of small and medium-sized leather manufacturing enterprises to support their subsequent development and innovation.
