摘要
介绍了国内鞋类防滑标准情况,依据GB/T 3903.6—2017《鞋类整鞋试验方法 防滑性能》对滑板鞋的防滑性能进行试验。根据摩擦系数计算公式建立数学模型,并分析重复性试验、鞋类止滑试验机以及结果修约计算引入的不确定度评定,最终得到整鞋防滑性能的不确定评定结果U=0.51±0.02,k=2。结果表明,测试重复性是不确定度影响结果的主要因素。基于此,给出了测试过程中的建议与意见。
The slip performance standard of footwear in China was introduced,skateboard shoes was tested according to GB/T 3903.6-2017“Footwear-Test methods for whole shoe-Slip performance”.The mathematical model was established according to the calculation formula of friction coefficient,and the uncertainty evaluation introduced by repeatability test,shoe anti-slip testing machine and result modification calculation was analyzed.Finally,the uncertainty evaluation result of the anti-slip performance of the whole shoe U=0.51±0.02,k=2 was obtained.The results show that the test repeatability is the main factor affecting the result of uncertainty.The test process suggestions and opinions were put forward.
