两种不同雾化吸入疗法对气管导管拔管后喉头水肿新生儿的治疗效果

摘要 目的:分析两种不同雾化吸入疗法对气管导管拔管后喉头水肿的疗效。方法:取60例气管导管拔管后喉头水肿新生儿,抽签法分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30),对照组予地塞米松+异丙肾上腺素雾化吸入,观察组予普米克令舒+肾上腺素雾化吸入,对比两组疗效、经皮血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组SpO_(2)、HR、RR水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组SpO_(2)水平更高,HR、RR水平更低(P<0.05)。结论:肾上腺素+普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗气管导管拔管后喉头水肿效果显著,可改善血氧指标。 Objective:To analyze the efficacy of two different nebulization inhalation therapies on laryngeal edema after tracheal catheter extubation.Methods:Sixty children with laryngeal edema after tracheal extubation were selected and divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)by a lottery method.The control group was treated with dexamethasone and isoproterenol atomization inhalation,while the observation group was treated with Pulmicort Respules and epinephrine atomization inhalation.The therapeutic effects,percutaneous oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))and respiratory rate(RR)and heart rate(HR)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of SpO_(2),HR and RR levels showed no statistical significance before treatment.SpO_(2)level was significantly higher and HR and RR levels were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The atomization inhalation therapy of epinephrine combined with Pulmicort Respules for the treatment of children with laryngeal edema after extubation of endotracheal tube has a significant effect and can improve the blood oxygen index.
