甘草多糖对肉鸡肝脏抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究甘草多糖(glycyrrhiza polysaccharide,GCP)对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。选用288只体重相近、健康状况良好的1日龄AA肉鸡(全部为公雏),随机分成4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂分别在基础饲料中添加300、600、900 mg/kg的甘草多糖的试验日粮,试验期42 d。结果表明:①与对照组相比,1~21日龄,600、900 mg/kg组平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);22~42日龄,600、900 mg/kg组平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05);1~42日龄,600、900 mg/kg组平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),600 mg/kg组料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。②与对照组相比,21日龄时,600 mg/kg组血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。③与对照组相比,21日龄时,各试验组肝脏T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);42日龄时,各试验组肝脏总抗氧化力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。④与对照组相比,21日龄时,600、900 mg/kg组肝脏Nrf2基因相对表达量显著上调(P<0.05),肝脏Keap-1基因相对表达量显著下调(P<0.05);各试验组肝脏GPX1、SOD和CAT基因相对表达量显著上调(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,42日龄时,各试验组肝脏Keap-1基因相对表达量显著下调(P<0.05),肝脏GPX1和SOD的基因相对表达量显著上调(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加甘草多糖可以提高肉鸡生长性能,改善血清生化指标,促进机体代谢,并能够提高肝脏抗氧化力,添加600 mg/kg和900 mg/kg甘草多糖效果最佳。 To investigate the effects of glycyrrhiza polysaccharides(GCP)on growth performan,serum bio⁃chemical indices and liver antioxidant capacity of broilers,a total of 2881-day-old AA broilers(male)with similar body weight and good health were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and 12 broilers per replicate.The control group was fed with a basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed wich the basal diet supplemented with 300,600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg glycyrrhiza poly⁃saccharides respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:①Compared with the control group,at 1 to 21 days of age,the average daily gain in 600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to meat was significantly decreased(P<0.05);At 22 to 42 days of age,the daily gain in 600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg groups were significantly in⁃creased(P<0.05);At 1 to 42 days of age,the aver⁃age daily gain in 600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to meat in 600 mg/kg group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).②Compared with control group,at 21 days of age,serum GLU content in 600 mg/kg group was significantly increased(P<0.05).③Compared with control group,T-AOC in liver of experimental groups was significantly in⁃creased at 21 days of age(P<0.05),and MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05);At 42 days of age,T-AOC in liver of experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and MDA content were significantly decreased(P<0.05).④Compared with the control group,at 21 days of age,the rela⁃tive expression of Nrf2 gene in the liver of 600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg groups were significantly up-regu⁃lated(P<0.05),and the relative expression of Keap-1 gene in the liver was significantly down-regulated(P<0.05);The relative expressions of GPX1,SOD and CAT genes in liver of experimental groups were sig⁃nificantly up-regulated(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,at 42 days of age,the relative expres⁃sion of Keap-1 gene in the liver of experimental groups were significantly down-regulated(P<0.05),the relative expressions of GPX1 and SOD gene the liver were significantly up-regulated(P<0.05).In conclu⁃sion,dietary glycyrrhiza polysaccharides could improved the growth performance,serum biochemical indi⁃ces,promote body metabolism and liver antioxidant capacity of broilers,and 600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg glycyrrhiza polysaccharides have the best effects.
