无催化剂硝酸回收技术在合成气制乙二醇工艺中的应用分析

摘要 针对鄂尔多斯市新杭能源有限公司60万t/a乙二醇装置酯化单元最终液相中含有一定量的硝酸的问题,采用了无催化剂硝酸回收技术进行技改。介绍了乙二醇合成和酯化反应的工艺流程,并对无催化剂硝酸回收技术进行了说明。应用结果表明:技改后,每年可回收硝酸(质量分数63%)约5511 t,减少中和剂烧碱用量约6887.5 t(质量分数32%),降低生产成本共计约2911万元。此外,该项技改还可减缓对后工序设备管道的腐蚀、降低废水处理成本,稳定生产效果明显。 In response to the problem of a certain amount of nitric acid in the final liquid phase of the esterification unit of the 600000 t/a ethylene glycol plant of Ordos Xinhang Energy Co.,Ltd.,a catalyst-free nitric acid recovery technology was introduced.The process flow of the ethylene glycol synthesis and esterification reaction system was described,and the catalyst-free nitric acid recovery technology was explained.The application results showed that after the technical transformation,about 5511 tons of nitric acid(mass fraction 63%)could be recovered annually,and the consumption of neutralizer caustic soda could be reduced by about 6887.5 tons(mass fraction 32%),resulting in a total production cost reduction of about 29.11 million yuan.In addition,it could also slow down the corrosion of subsequent process equipment and pipelines,reduce the cost of wastewater treatment,and achieve great stable production.
