碳四轻烃耦合MTO工艺多产烯烃方案探索

摘要 介绍了国内碳四轻烃资源特点及化工利用现状。在分析催化裂解、烯烃歧化等碳四轻烃转化制烯烃技术的反应机理和技术特点基础上,结合陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工有限公司碳四轻烃生产情况及全厂烯烃平衡现状,推荐了“MTO+OCP”耦合方案,并从原料共裂解耦合、分离系统耦合等方面分析了耦合方案的可行性。 The characteristics of C_(4) light hydrocarbon resources and their utilization in chemical industry in China were introduced.Based on the analysis of the reaction mechanism and technical characteristics of catalytic cracking,olefin disproportionation and other C_(4) hydrocarbon-to-olefin technologies,combined with the situation of C_(4) light hydrocarbon in Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy&Chemical Co.,Ltd.and the current status of olefin balance in the whole plant,the coupling scheme of“MTO+OCP”was recommended,and the feasibility of the coupling scheme was analyzed from the aspects of raw material co-cracking coupling and separation system coupling.
