Analysis on approach of innovation enabling core competitiveness of an enterprise

以新疆宜化公司在发展中的创新举措为例,从发展战略、产品、技术、组织结构、企业管理等多种角度,介绍了创新给企业发展带来的变化;从研发团队、产学研结合、科技资源共享机制等方面,简述了促进企业高质量发展的必要条件;最后提出从机制激励方面推动企业创新持续发展。

Taking the innovation measures of Xinjiang Yihua Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.in the development as an example,the changes brought by the innovation to the development of enterprises were introduced from the development strategy,product,technology,organizational structure,business management and other perspectives.Then,the necessary conditions for promoting high-quality development of enterprises were introduced from such aspects as research and development team,integration of production,learning and research,and the sharing mechanism of scientific and technological resources.Finally,it was proposed to promote the sustainable development of enterprise innovation in terms of mechanism incentives.
