摘要
为提高焦炉烟气脱硫副产物综合利用水平,在首钢长治钢铁有限公司焦化厂SDS脱硫工艺中,进行了采用高活性氢氧化钙脱硫剂(ACAJ-01)替代小苏打脱硫剂连续喷吹脱硫的试运行实践。分析了用ACAJ-01脱硫剂替代小苏打脱硫剂的可行性,介绍了采用ACAJ-01脱硫剂的脱硫装置运行情况及运行指标。几个月的试用结果表明:采用ACAJ-01脱硫剂对焦炉烟气进行脱硫处理,能够满足烟气出口SO2质量浓度≤30 mg/m3的达标排放要求,钙基脱硫副产物可在企业内部进行循环利用,可降低焦炉烟气脱硫系统的环保风险和运行成本。
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of by-products of coke oven flue gas desulfurization,a trial operation was carried out in which high activity calcium hydroxide desulfurizer(ACAJ-01)was used instead of baking soda desulfurizer for continuous injection desulfurization in the SDS desulfurization process of Coking Plant of Shougang Changzhi Steel&Iron Co.,Ltd.The feasibility of using ACAJ-01 desulfurizer to replace baking soda desulfurizer was analyzed,and the operation condition and operation parameters of the desulfurization unit using ACAJ-01 desulfurizer were introduced.The experimental results of several months showed that the application of ACAJ-01 desulfurizer to the flue gas of coke oven could meet the requirement of SO2 concentration(≤30 mg/m3)at the outlet of flue gas.Calcium-based desulfurization by-products could be recycled in the enterprise,which could reduce the environmental risks and operating costs of coke oven flue gas desulfurization system.
