摘要
目的探讨肺呼吸康复锻炼在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)缓解期患者中的应用效果及对炎症指标与肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月本院收治的80例COPD缓解期患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,常规康复干预)和观察组(40例,常规康复干预+肺呼吸康复锻炼)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的6 min步行距离(6-MWD)长于对照组,第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))与抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺呼吸康复锻炼在COPD缓解期患者临床治疗中的效果显著,可明显改善炎症指标、肺功能指标及血气指标。
Objective To investigate the application effect of pulmonary respiratory rehabilitation exercise on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during remission stage and its influences on inflammatory indexes and pulmonary function.Methods A total of 80 patients with COPD during remission stage admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases,routine rehabilitation intervention)and observation group(40 cases,routine rehabilitation intervention+pulmonary respiratory rehabilitation exercise)according to the random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the 6-min walk distance(6-MWD)of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV_(1)/FVC were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary respiratory rehabilitation exercise has a significant effect in the clinical treatment of COPD patients during remission stage,which can significantly improve inflammation indexes,pulmonary function indexes and blood gas indexes.
