清热导滞推拿法辅助消积止咳平喘汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良咳嗽积滞食积化热证的效果

Effect of heat-clearing and stagnation-guiding massage assisted with Xiaoji Zhike Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of the infantile functional dyspepsia cough with the syndrome of heat transformed from indigestion and dyspepsia

目的探讨清热导滞推拿法辅助消积止咳平喘汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良咳嗽积滞食积化热证的效果。方法将我院2020年1月至12月收治的100例功能性消化不良咳嗽积滞食积化热证患儿纳入本次研究,随机将其分为常规组和观察组,各50例。常规组患儿入院后均给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合多潘立酮混悬液口服治疗,观察组在常规组西药治疗基础上增加清热导滞推拿法辅助消积止咳平喘汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于常规组的86.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的咳嗽、腹部胀满、夜寐不安、大便溏泄/便秘积分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的P物质(SP)、胃动素(MOT)及胃泌素(GAS)水平显著高于常规组,生长抑素(SS)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的餐前、餐后胃电节律异常发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组半年内的复发率为0,显著低于常规组的12.00%(P<0.05)。结论清热导滞推拿法辅助消积止咳平喘汤治疗功能性消化不良咳嗽积滞食积化热证,可快速改善患儿的疾病症状,恢复胃肠道功能,并可有效降低炎症反应,调节免疫功能,以此取得理想疗效,且该治疗方案能够控制不良反应发生情况,属于安全高效的用药方案。

Objective To explore the effect of heat-clearing and stagnation-guiding massage assisted with Xiaoji Zhike Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of the infantile functional dyspepsia cough with the syndrome of heat transformed from indigestion and dyspepsia.Methods A total of 100 children with functional dyspepsia cough with the syndrome of heat transformed from indigestion and dyspepsia admitted in our hospital from January to December 2020 were included in this study and randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The children in the routine group were treated with combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live combined with domperidone suspension orally after admission,on the basis of western medicine treatment in the routine group,the observation group increased the heat-clearing and stagnation-guiding massage assisted with Xiaoji Zhike Pingchuan decoction.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00%in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,abdominal distention,restless sleep at night and loose stool/constipation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,substance P(P),motilin(MOT)and gastrin(GAS)levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,and somatostatin(SS)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)levels were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidences of abnormal gastric electrical rhythm before and after meals in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Within half a year,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 0,which was significantly lower than 12.00%of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The heat-clearing and stagnation-guiding massage assisted with Xiaoji Zhike Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia cough with the syndrome of heat transformed from indigestion and dyspepsia can quickly improve the disease symptoms of children,restore intestinal function,and effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction and regulate immunity,so as to achieve the ideal curative effect.This treatment plan can control the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is a safe and efficient medication plan.
