Objective To explore the application effect of tracing psychological counseling nursing combined with rhythmic respiration in patients with acute chest pain. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute chest pain admitted in the emergency department of our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received tracing psychological counseling nursing combined with rhythmic respiration on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the level of malonaldehyde(MDA)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and each dimension score of Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tracing psychological counseling nursing combined with rhythmic respiration can improve the hemodynamics of patients with acute chest pain, alleviate stress reactions, pain degree and fear of disease progression.
