The Relationship Between News Media and People's Need for a Better Life:Examining from the Perspectives of Meeting Needs and Presenting Needs

实现人民对美好生活的向往,是中国共产党人始终不渝的奋斗目标。人民的美好生活是党为之奋斗的目标纲领,构成了新时代的标识性概念,是中国共产党政治话语体系的内在组成部分。人民对美好生活的向往即表现为美好生活需要。新闻媒体在满足和呈现人民的美好生活需要的双重维度上,应该发挥也可以发挥重要作用。应厘清新闻媒体与人民美好生活需要的关系,坚守以人民为中心的人学逻辑,实现从物本逻辑向人本逻辑的传播范式转换;坚持从共情到共识的价值逻辑,实施多元多层的媒介传达;回归生活的底层逻辑,讲好新时代的美好生活故事。

To realize the people's aspiration for a better life is the unswerving goal of the CPC.The better life of the people is the goal and guideline for which the Party strives,constitutes a symbolic concept of the new era,and is an internal part of the political discourse system of the CPC.The people's longing for a better life is manifested in the need for a better life.News media should and can play an important role in meeting and presenting the dual dimensions of people's needs for a better life.We should clarify the relationship between news media and the needs of the people for a better life,adhere to the people-centered humanistic logic,and achieve a paradigm shift in communication from materialistic logic to humanistic logic.In the meanwhile,it also means adhering to the value logic of empathy to from consensus,implementing diverse and multi-level media communication,returning to the underlying logic of life and telling a good story about a better life in the new era.
