关系学习与颠覆性创新路径研究--基于中国芯片企业的比较分析

Research on Relational Learning and Disruptive Innovation Path:Based on the Comparative Analysis of Chinese Chip Enterprises

摘要 为推动本土芯片企业实现重大突破性进展,选取芯片产业链中海思(设计业)、中芯国际(制造业)、长电科技(封测业)3家企业作为研究对象,以跨案例研究方法探讨关系学习与颠覆性创新视角下可选择的战略方案集,研究发现关系学习与颠覆性创新路径有6条,包括知识突破—高端市场渗透、知识突破—低端市场导入、知识突破—新市场开发、知识集成—高端市场渗透、知识集成—低端市场导入、知识集成—新市场开发。关系学习导致企业差异化的颠覆性创新路径,且企业存在创新路径组合。研究结果可为完善关系学习与颠覆性创新路径的理论系统,促进中国芯片企业实现突围提供启示。 In order to promote local chip enterprises to achieve major breakthroughs,three enterprises in the chip industry chain,HiSilicon(designing industry),SMIC(manufacturing industry),and Changdian Technology(packaging and testing industry),were selected as research objects;a cross-case study approach is used to explore the set of alternative strategic solutions from the perspective of relational learning and disruptive innovation.The study found that there are six paths for relational learning and disruptive innovation,including:knowledge breakthrough-high-end market penetration,knowledge breakthrough-low-end market introduction,knowledge breakthrough-new market development,knowledge integration-high-end market penetration,knowledge integration-low-end market introduction,knowledge integration-new market development.Relational learning leads to disruptive innovation paths of enterprise differentiation,and there are combinations of innovation paths in enterprises.The research results can improve the theoretical system of relational learning and disruptive innovation paths,and provide enlightenment for Chinese chip enterprises to achieve breakthroughs.
