阜新市水土保持生态建设综合效益估算分析

Estimation and Analysis of Comprehensive Benefit of Soil and Water Conservation and Ecological Construction in Fuxin City

通过对阜新市生态建设现状、社会经济条件以及自然环境特点的总结分析,科学评价近30a的水土保持社会、经济与生态效益。结果表明:1991年、2008年、2018年水土保持生态服务价值依次为6.68亿元、26.48亿元和42.96亿元,重点工程静态经济效益明显,社会效益达到中等及以上水平,近30a的水土保持生态建设取得了显著的社会、经济和生态效益。

The social,economic and ecological benefits of soil and water conservation in the past 30 years were scientifically evaluated by summarizing and analyzing the current situation of ecological construction,social and economic conditions and natural environmental characteristics in Fuxin City.The results show that the ecological service value of soil and water conservation in 1991,2008 and 2018 is 668million Yuan,2.648billion Yuan and 4.296billion Yuan respectively.The static economic benefits of key projects are obvious,and the social benefits reach the medium level or above.The recent 30 years of ecological construction of soil and water conservation have achieved significant social,economic and ecological benefits.
