“三全育人”的核心是为国育新人、培良才,高校立身之本在于立德树人。为全面提升城市地下空间工程专业人才培养质量,本文以“三全育人”为指引,以立德树人为根本任务,通过采用加强实践教学、本科生导师制、加入科研团队等举措,加大培养学生实践创新能力,使其成为高素质复合型人才,为服务国家富强、民族复兴、人民幸福贡献力量。

The core of"three all-around education"is to cultivate new people and talents for the country.The foundation of universities is to establish morality and cultivate people.In order to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training for urban underground space engineering major,the"three all-around education"is taken as the guidance and the establishing morality and cultivating people is as the fundamental task in this paper.Adopting such measures as strengthening practical teaching,adopting undergraduate tutorial system,and joining scientific research team to increase the cultivation of students'practical and innovative ability and make them become high-quality and compound talents.To serve the prosperity of the country,national rejuvenation and the people's happiness.
